URUGUAY 6154 (nominal 6155) Radio Sarandi del Yí,
Sarandi del Yí 0309+ on
Mar 10. Carrying "Festival Folklórico de Pan de Azúcar" along with "CORI" network (the xmsn was headed by Radio RBC, from Piriápolis, Department of Maldonado). Gives E- and postal mail addresses and promises a "souvenir" from the stn: "Recepcionamos su mensaje por nuestro correo electrónico <norasan@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>. Strong but het, best in AM Sync LSB on my Sony 7600G. Note the "fantasy" name, "Banda Oriental," the ancient name of the territory which is Uruguay today. Recheck since 0045 Mar 11, nothing during daytime. Tel. number (also FAX) is +0379155, and welcomes greetings and messages via this route. (Nigro-Uruguay) 73 de Horacio Horacio A.
