[HCDX] 7935 /QSL

CPBS : 
Yesterday 7935 on 2220  was OK  with CNr 1 being regularly transmitted with 
S9+10 db 

Tried also  for abt 5  mins only that time for RRI stations 4925 ,11860 nothing 
heard , 9750 from SM was very low and 11 MHz band was  with very low signals 
----
Letter from R Pilipinas 
I received a letter  the previous days from R Pilipinas  dated NOv 27 stating 
that they cannot produce this time QSL cards  due to wait for the new ones 

INcluded in the letter were : 
a program guide 
a pamphlet of RP  made in plain paper ( by inkjet )
