The station you heard is most probably Karaganda Air from Kazakhstan.
Unfortunately
I don´t  know the address. Same frequency is also shared by Aktyubinsk Air,
also
from Kazakhstan.  Almaty Air, Tashkent Air and Tbilisi Air use this same
frequency, too.
