[HCDX] Query on 3945

Last two nights (4th and 5th Sept) I'm hearing uninterrupted Abba 
songs on this frequency from 10-11.30. Not // 3925 which is // 
6055 confirming Tampa. The 3945 signal could be Vanuatu but it's not 
great this night (5th) even in New Zealand. Unless they ID difficult 
to know whom it is.
