Sorry, don't know the frequency of the AIR Lucknow FM station.  It wasn't
mentioned in the Times of India article.  I live in Canada, not India.  I
visited India in 1995.  I did a little DX on my Panasonic RFB-45, although
DXing was not the main goal of going to India.   The only FM station I heard
was "Times FM", 102.6 in New Delhi.  You can view my Indian DX log at
