Hi,

 AFRTS barely readable on 16847.5 USB at 0101 UTC on 15 Aug 00. Had news
from Democratic National Convention at 0101 UTC, then other news. Heard
near Boston, Massachusetts with R8 and 70 foot random wire antenna.
