[HCDX] Voce of America via ??? on 4930KHz?

Unknown Site, 4930, Voice of America, 0300-0400 "VOA Music Mix" program
followed by "VOA News" at 0400. Strong signal into NE Ohio covering
4926-4934kHz. At the IBB web page I do not find a listing for English on
4930kHz ! This broadcast did not appear to be parallel to other VOA English
frequencies (7105, 9575, 7290, others) audible here at the same time.
(Silvi, August 13 with a Yaesu FT-847 DSP Communications transceiver - but
why on 4930KHz at this time?)
