[HCDX]: Mayak on 1566 kHz from where ?

The last few days, I can hear R. Mayak on 1566 kHz at 2100 UTC. Normally,
County Sound (UK) is dominant on this freq. Herman Boel's excellent EMWG
list mentions Mayak on 1566 kHz from several locations in Belarus, but the
strongest is only 10 kW.  Before County sound started using 1566 kHz, Golos
Rossii from St. Petersburg was the most common guest here.  So, I am
wondering if St. Petersburg changed over to Mayak or is it really
originating from Belarus.

BTW : does anybody know the exact power of the St. Petersburg transmitter ?
