Yes, I logged it in south Italy some days ago. I confirm that on 3316 Khz
is still active (with very weak signal) SLBC from Freetown.

Fridaynight at about 23hours UTC I heard a weak signal on 3316 Khz, an
english speeking male, but reception was too bad to indentify the station. I
wonder if this could have been Sierra Leone, are they still active ? Has
someone received SLBS form Freetown recently ?
