[HCDX]: Sierrra Leone

Fridaynight at about 23hours UTC I heard a weak signal on 3316 Khz, an english speeking male, but reception was too bad to indentify the station. I wonder if this could have been Sierra Leone, are they still active ? Has someone received SLBS form Freetown recently ?
