being off for a long period. Fair rcpn at 1748 Feb 28 with Somali songs and talk at 1815 ment. "Somaliland," then mx prgm and a clear ID at 1830 as R. Hargeisa. Then talk on Somaliland and Hargeisa, many IDs interspersed, 1850 nx bltn, 1900* after a nice song by M&W, probably a signature tune. Hrd again at 1605 Feb 29, Koran, so apparently *1600-1900*.
