[HCDX]: Observatorio Cagigal

When discussing Guido Schotmans´ UNID beneath YVTO on 5 MHz
one may recall that the Observatorio Cagigal transmitter has, in fact,
shown some oddities in the past. In July 1996, they produced a spur on
5100.4 (cf. Dateline Bogotá 1996), as well as on 5200, and in Oct the
same year and until Feb 1997 there was another regular (let alone weak)
spur on 4900.
