[HCDX]: Strange RMC signal on 10MHz

Hello,

Here I am again with something strange on a standard frequency.  Today I
heard at least between 1000 and 1400 a strange signal distorted signal from
Radio Monte Carlo (RMC) on 10000 kHz  It was audible in almost all modes
except LSB .  The programme was in parallel with longwave 216 kHz but not
synchronous.  It was delayed about a second or two.  Has anybody an
explanation for this curious effect.
