[HCDX]: 9814.7 kHz

Hi ,

I heard a weak signal on 9814.7kHz this morning (28/10/99) at 
0630 UTC. Modulation was USB with unsuppressed carrier. 
Language sounded arabic but the music they played later on would 
fit to a station from the pacific area.
Signal faded away around 0642.

Can anyone tell me if R. Kiribati is currently active on this qrg ?
