this might be the solution for one of the Unids a listener from Finland 
recently asked for (quoted from BCDX # 435):

PAKISTAN   [CLANDESTINE from PAK(pres.) to JAMMU KASHMIR (IND territory)
Voice of Jammu Kashmir Freedom on 5101.21. *1300-1430* I conjecture that in
former "V.O.Kashmir Freedom" on 4100. chant Koran, Kashmir talks and
Revolutionary songs. IDed "In Sedai Furiyati Jammu Kashmir..." in
Kashmiri(p). Opening and Ending song "al-Lah akbar". Signal-strength is
