[HCDX]: Small Correction

To All,

My message about the free 15 MHz Monitoring Study incorrectly referred to
the "Australasian Shortwave Guide" as the primary source for the article.
This should have been indicated as the "Australasian Shortwave Digest"! The
Digest is issued monthly, and the Guide is twice-yearly.

My apologies for any confusion.
