[HCDX]: Unid on 7215

UNIDENTIFIED  7215 10/10 Unidentified 0730 to past 1210, one here all
morning, 
at first with continuous music, then male and female announcers in 
Scandinavian language with occasional phone-ins,  current English and 
Scandinavian pop music, no apparent identifications, fair signal but some 
distortion on the modulation.  Two years ago  I had UKE Senderen from 
Trondheim on this channel in connection with the student rag week and run 
by the student radio society, can anyone confirm it is them on again?  If 
not what?
