[HCDX]: Botswana on 6712

I remember that years ago it was reported (in Media Network?) that 6712 
always appears during periods of extreme heat in Botswana (they have the dry 
season now). When I heard this outlet for the first time around 10 years ago 
a UN Radio program was relayed, making it finally possible to get a decent bc 
QSL for Botswana. A couple of years later Radio Botswana started to send out 
their own QSLs again after years of absolute silence.
