[HCDX]: DXING WITH CUMBRE: MORE changes!

Hello again!  We have another new transmission via WHRA!
Thanks to Joe Brashier at World Harvest Radio for this good news.
Joe also mentions that WHRA, the World Harvest Radio site in
Greenbush, Maine, USA, has extended its transmission time; they
have added the new time period of 0800-1000 UTC on 11565 kHz.
Programs during this time will be network news and music until
the times in this block are sold.  

Frequencies are in kHz; times are UTC.
    
Programs are approximately 30 minutes long.
