[HCDX]: AFRTS 4 MHz loc?

Hi all,

there was already quite a number of people on this list reporting about
their QSLs from AFRTS/SW and about the exact locations of the transmitters,
but I think that nobody mentioned the 4 MHz channel (4278.5 kHz, USB) which
is on the air for a year or so (like the other channels). Was this channel
mentioned in your verifications received from AFRTS?
The frequency is active daily with a fair signal here in the middle of
Europe until ca. 0600 UTC, so the transmitter site could be located also
somewhere in the Caribbean, or?
