[HCDX]: Logging

This is logging further elucidates a logging I made last week.

ENGLAND (listed) 6115 presumed NHK General Service via listed 
Skelton. 2157:30 continuous test tone, 2159:30 Radio Japan interval 
signal, time pips and talk in Japanese by a male announcer.  No ID 
heard, but IS is good enough. This is probably the Radio Tampa I 
assumed heard a few days ago.  Fair signal over someone with flute 
music.  (1 Dec Harms - MD, USA)
