Highlife music 0042 and Guitar IS and announcements by female and 
male in French at 0044 -0051.  Highlife music again at 0051. Better 
on 9650 SIO 333 than 7125 SIO 322.  Possibly heard on 15310, but not 
enough signal to make a positive ID.  Thanks to tip off on #swl.
