[HCDX]: CBF 690 still on the air

Recent reports of this CBF's (690) demise are premature.  They were
their normal loud self 10/25 all evening long and were audible at
0610 10/26.

CBM 940 is still on the air and as loud as ever at the same time as
the  above loggings.
