In this summer (in June) I logged Radio Caranaví, Bolivia here at 0000 UTC, as
Radio Nacional Sahara (or whatever the clandestine calls itself) usually
closed down at 23.30 UTC. I have heard from other parts of Finland too (Borga
for instance) that Caranaví was often heard there this summer. I would make a
guess it was Caranaví
