[HCDX]: Voice of Azerbaijan

Thanx to a tip from Ed Rausch, I logged Voice of Azerbaijan, Baku this
evening (UTC October 13th, from 0215 sign-on to 0300 sign-off).  Not
English, but signal quality was good enough to make a tape recording for
a reception report.  This is a nice one to try for.

Equipment:  Drake R-8, 75 foot randomwire, multi-band dipole.
