[HCDX]: TIS Logging for publication

530 KNJX865 MD, Columbia (Maryland DoT) Mobile transmitter located on
    MD 100 between MD 104 and Centre Park Drive.  Female announcer 
    with road construction and detour information.  The transmitter 
    was powered by a diesel generator. A tall whip antenna for the 
    TIS, a smaller whip for a link (possibly UHF), and a two-sided 
    sign stating "Travel information tune to 530 AM" were mounted on 
    top of the trailer. My first mobile TIS located and heard!  Audio
