I heard WRN One with United Radio programming on 954kHz on the 1st
of February 1998 at 00:15UTC. I got a QSL from UR headquarters and an
email from Mr. Jeff Cohen (jeffc@xxxxxxx) at WRN who stated that the
transmission was coming from Jerusalem, Israel.
