[HCDX]: TIS-1690 kHz

The following info is from Bob Tiara in North Carolina:

The TIS being heard on 1690 is located somewhere on I-95 in North
Carolina.  The call is WTO730 and they started operation last
Monday, January 26, 1998.  The station is giving road info.
Jerry Starr is traveling to Florida next weekend and will be
on 95 and he will attempt to locate this.  Will keep you in-
formed.
