[HCDX]: WLMA on 1640-1645

1640-1645 WLMA SC Greenwood. Yes, the frequency is correct.  At first 
               I thought this was WPHG putting out a spur 2/1 0722, 
               but it ended up being WLMA - ID at 2/1 0800. I heard  
               a series of local ads including one that gave an 864 
               area code number. This spur ruined reception of 
               stations on 1640 and 1650 Nominal freq is 1350.
