Yes, you are correct, KYGO is operating // KCKK-FM, at least part of the
time.  That station dominates the freq here and have heard the FM IDs.  Even
during yesterday afternoon local time they were running // to FM.  Not sure
if it is always in //, but certainly when I've heard them the last while.
