DEC 14 - loud het noted on Virgin Radio, 2219z brief announcement
by a woman in ?? followed by Arabic sounding music. In/out of
the noise for next eight minutes and abruptly left the air at
2227z. Arabic music has me leaning towards Albania - if it is on.
Ideas anyone?
