Back in 1994 I got a QSL from R. Dniester International from the following
address: (which is listed on the QSL card)

Radio Dniester International
25th October street 45
Tiraspol
Transdniestria
CIS 278000

It was signed and looks like : Jinarcueuro B.U.

transmitter listed as being in Girgoriopol, Modavian Republic of Pridnestrovye
