A fellow DXer in Auckland, Bryan Clark clarkb@xxxxxxxxxxxx would like to know
if anyone has received a QSL for A voz do Resistenica do Galo Negro (VORGAN)
and what address to use to send reports.

Bryan would also like to know what address to use for R Dneistr International
and recalls some Russian(?) DX group offering QSLs. Please let Bryan or I know
if you can help.
