The singer is Dr. Jukka Ammondt from the University of Jyvaskyla
(in central Finland). The texts in Latin are, as far as I know,
by professor Teivas Oksala, a well-known Latinist who also has
his fingers with the news in Latin by Radio Finland.
I think Ammondt has now out two albums of Elvis' songs in Latin.
I don't have details on them, but maybe the name Ammondt gives 
you something from AltaVista or some other search robot.
