SOUTH KOREA--Radio Korea International added NF 9640 for Japanese 0800-0900
//5975, 7275. Also introduced a new Japanese broadcast 0000-0100 on 9640
and 11810 kHz. For some reason North Korea keeps jamming RKI in Japanese as
well as Korean.
