Current affairs program w/phone-in reports, music, s/off @1559, s/on @1600
again in same language. Service is targeted at North Korea, but all
political and geographical terms used are peculiarly Southern, which may be
unfamiliar at best and arguably offensive to North Koreans. More neutral
words do exist, so why?
