Hello everyone,

This doesn't really relate to DX, so please foregive me. I recently
purchased an AR-950 base/mobile scanner. However, its from the U.K.
Since I'm in the U.S. I wanted to know if it was possible to convert the
freq. coverage of this unit. I pleased with it otherwise. My biggest
interest was restoring the 26-50 Mhz section as stated in the US manual.
The unit only starts @ 60Mhz.
 
If anyone has any info on this older unit I'd appreciate it greatly.
Please E-mail me directly as I don't want to irritate people with this
off-topic subject.
