Yes, "Radio Galaxia" is a Spanish language program that is 
broadcast on WNRB-1510 Boston late at night / early in the
morning.

I don't know about a WBTO-FM relay on WRKO.  Is it possible that
you may have heard WPTF (Raleigh, NC) during a fade of dominant
WRKO ?

Spain is very strong on 639 and it tends to wipe out competing
signals.  I've heard the Czech station here in eastern MA a few
times in the last 35 years, but not very often.  Spain wins the 
battle for the channel 99% of the time.
