Am I the only one experiencing the increasingly unreliable service of Grove
Enterprises, NC, USA.

In good time in the late summer of 1996 I ordered the Passport to World
Band Radio from Grove. It was received VERY VERY late. They had sent it by
sea-mail !! 

In late October I ordered the World Radio TV Handbook from Grove, and a few
days later the amount of 39,95 USD was deducted on my credit card. I was
gladly expecting the book to arrive early December as promised by the
editor of the handbook. Something went wrong at the distributor, so
apparently only those lucky enough to get free copies of the WRTH received
the book by mid-December. 

I just received my book a few days ago !!  I called Grove several times
late December and during January and they were not well informed at all.
However at at least 3 occasions they claimed that the book had been mailed
to me on January 2nd. This was a pure lie. The envelope containing the WRTH
was postmarked January 13th and received here on the 24th. At the same time
as a "replacement"-copy!! 

Now I am reluctant to order books again from Grove Enterprises  - so can
anyone recommend a reliable - and fast - dealer in the USA of PWBR and WRTH
??
