[IRCA] 880 khz in the North West



2120 UTC -- a very strange sounding signal on 880 khz --
sounds like a skipping CD -- that is generating some very rogue sounding
activities
on the sidebands -- was tipped off by the presence of a steady signal on
882 Khz -
which was just a byproduct of what is going on - on 880.

Likely audio in Vancouver, Seattle, etc...
