[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 11-15

Yet another Asian clunker session presented itself this morning, with all the meager audio concentrated on the high band. A brief check at 1440 revealed only wispy audio from 1566-HLAZ, with 1503 and 1575 at threshold levels. 738-Tahiti was back again with poor audio, and has been a fairly regularÂvisitor during the long-term solar tantrum. Healthy, diverse audio from the Asians has been almost completely absent during the entire month of November.
