[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 11-14

A single band check at 1420 confirmed that clunker conditions were still in full force, with only 738-Tahiti managing weak audio. Unlike Colin and NigelÂI didn't stick around to see if increasing daylight would bring the Asians out of the noise, althoughÂhigh band heterodynes on 1575 and 1593Âdid have moderate potential. Having heard both VOA and CNR1 quite a few time previously,ÂI decided toÂforego the ghostly audioÂsearchÂin favor of antenna work.ÂÂÂ
