[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 30 October 2015

     A quite interesting morning actually.  The Japanese big guns 
weren't as big as some days, yet some of the second tier Japanese put in 
an appearance.  Also, for the first time this season, the Koreans 
outshone Japan, with both 972 and 1566 having better signals than 
anything from Japan.  (The 1053 jammer was good too, though the 
programming left something to be desired.)


747	JAPAN, Sapporo	JOIB
     Got to audio level with language lesson at 1336

774    JAPAN, Akita    JOUB
     Pretty much in tandem with 747, getting to audio around 1336.

972	KOREA,S, Danjing	HLCA
     Perhaps its best performance of the season here today.  First 
noted with man talking at 1337, and rose rapidly over the next 5 minutes.

1179	UNID
	Just traces of audio at 1337.  Too weak to ID language, but JOOR seems 
probable.

1242	JAPAN, Tokyo		JOLF
	Traces of woman talking in Japanese at 1339.

1287	JAPAN, Sapporo		JOHR
	Weak, but definitely Japanese talk at 1331.	 	
	
1566    KOREA,S., Cheju        HLAZ
    Didn't get to audio until 1331, but then rose rapidly to good level 
by 1338, and still going past 1400.

1575    THAILAND    VOA
    Not up to yesterday's level, weak, with talk by a man at 1351.
