[IRCA] CFCW

Tonight after CKPR popped back in, I tried with KSWB phased. Still rather poor cx to the North, but I heard CKBX 100 Mile House with 500w, so at least the North is coming in, but no sign of CFCW as yet. With their new tighter pattern, it may take a while.
