I suspect that WBKK protects WCCO.  They're audible in Grand Rapids during the day (we're about 60 miles from Bemidji) but not as strong as one would expect .  They're also subject to WCCO's digihash.  KPMI doesn't get out that well, either but I suspect you'll have a better chance with them than WBKK.  You should be able to hear WELY sometime when condx are right; they're about even with KBUN in Grand Rapids so they do ok.  Good luck. - John
