[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on October 5

This was the first decent TP morning in several days. FOr once, I was able to receive good audio from several stations. Several second tier channels also made brief appearances. In addition, there were carriers that "almost" produced audio on 576 603 729 837 and others.

GOOD
750 KFQD, way atop KTXJ with mention of kfqd.com, "Newstalk 750 and the brand-new 103.7 FM KFQD" ID 1358, promos, jingle ID, then 30 seconds of dead air before CBS news at 1400 774 JOUB, 1330 man in Japanese opening an English lesson, "lesson 25" mentioned. Then woman in English talking about Autumn in New York.
890 KBBI, NPR "Weekend Edition"mixing with CJDC 1401
972 HLCA, the standard ToH announcement by a woman, then 3+1 pips 1300, quite nice for the next hour with pop songs and talk 1566 HLAZ, thundering in at times with the usual Sunday church service in Japanese 1240-1342, then woman closed things down for the day 1344. Weaker after pattern change with Chinese program

FAIR
693 JOAB, Japanese talk 1341
828 JOBB, English lesson // 774 1333

POOR
594 woman in Japanese 1317
747 JOIB, Japanese talk 1251, with much local electrical noise. Would have been fair-good without the noise
864 weak talk 1350
981 CNR1, Chinese talk, 2 sets of pips 1400, more talk, then very weak ID
1053 jammer 1312
1098 bits of talk 1308, too weak to guess at language
1134 animated woman 1337, possibly Japan but too weak to tell language
1386 male talk 1331, possibly //774 but not sure. KRKO-1380 IBOC was off today, apparently because of its HD tests. 1575 two carriers, one slightly off-freq producing a noticeable buzz. Male talk 1257-1300, possibly some music too
