[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on Sept 29

Like Gary and Dennis, most of my TP action was at the upper end of the 
dial today.  Mostly above 1560, to be precise.  The low end of the dial 
was signally challenged to say the least.  The NHK stations on 594, 693, 
and 828 were little more than wimpy carriers.  747, 774, and 972 had 
occasional bits of audio but not much.  Overall, it was another below 
average morning.

1566    HLAZ, end of Japanese program with woman and piano 1345
1575    VOA, male talk in unid language 1348

POOR
747    JOIB, weak with theme music until ToH pips 1300, then man & woman 
talking
774    JOUB, 1303 weak talk in 770 splatter
972    male talk 1302
1422    female talk 1343
1593    Woman talking 1338 during brief pauses in Freedom-1590 splat, 
sounded Chinese
1602    Possibly weak talk in the 1600 splatter 1339
