[IRCA] TPs in Seattle Sunday 9/28

Conditions  improved quite a bit today, with a sterling performance by 
the 972 Korean, and cameo appearances by a  couple of others. Even so, 
reception was limited  to a few of the regulars

My recording started at 1125 today, which helped in finding TP activity 
at about 1200 that might otherwise have gone unnoticed. Even so, 972 
held in with fair audio past 1400.

GOOD
774    JOUB, very briefly good with pips & Japanese male 1200, also 
briefly faded up with talk 1301.  Mostly poor-nil otherwise
972    HLCA, Fair-good during much of the session.  Quite good with 
phone conversation 1226, woman with KBS ID 1300 then pips & musical 
fanfare.  Still fair with pips, fanfare & Korean M&W 1400

FAIR
747    JOIB, 1240 man in Japanese
1566    HLAZ, 1240-1325 sometimes bobbing to the surface with what 
sounded like  a church service.  Otherwise, stayed hidden in the noise.

POOR
693    JOAB, time pips 1200, bits of talk 1211
981    CNR1,  Chinese talk in 980 splat 1315, then what sounded like 
classical music
1575    VOA, man in SEA language 1236
