I believe the issue was that the programming originated in Vancouver.

Some are still in English and broadcast to the U.S. CJRJ 1200 is calling the U.S. stations pirates, even though they are legally licensed stations on U.S. soil. Can the CRTC do anything? I do not see anything they can do, unless they have some control on the advertising from Vancouver. Any comments?
