[IRCA] TP 12 Sep Victoria version

Considerably toned down this morning, but a couple of unID oddities just the same; things seemed to peak just after 1320UT, and really not too much before.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

774 JOUB man in JJ 1322UT
1566 HLAZ man in JJ 1323UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

the above, passing through

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB woman talking JJ 1324UT //774
828 JOBB man and woman in JJ 1325UT //774
972 HLCA woman and man in KK 1327UT
1053 KK jammer 1317UT
1287 JOHR man in JJ, another man on the phone 1323UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

1296 unID. Man talking 1324UT. DU EE? Tagalog? way down in the murk 1324UT
1494 unID. Woman talking 1323UT, too weak to guess at language.

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

 567 738 864 873 1008 1017 1143 1242 1323

best wishes,

Nick
